"The Pregnancy"
As long as I can remember, I have LOVED doing arts and crafts. While pursuing my degree in Textiles, Merchandising & Design, I met my wonderful husband Paul and got married in August 2002. Exactly one year later my Bambino, Carter, was born! We decided I was going to be a stay at home mom. As much as I LOVE being a Mom, I desired to be back in the "business". I needed a way to be at home with my baby and still work. Of course being a new Mom, I was always looking for the newest and greatest things for my precious Bambino. When I couldn't find the things I "needed," I decided to create them myself! I put my passion to use and started Mama & Bambino in October 2004!

"The Infant Year"

The Company name was derived from my son's first word "mama" and I always called him my "bubba bambino". As my home as my headquarters, I set out to learn all that was needed to know to run a successful business. Whether it was sewing, cutting, design, sales, distribution, website maintenance, accounting, promotion or displaying at local craft shows, I did it all with my toddler son by my side. Local media took notice, which lead to international media (People Magazine, US Weekly, & Extra TV) as well as many Hollywood celebrities.

"The Toddler Years"

In November of 2006, Mama & Bambino joined the family of JJI International (a leading manufacturer of accessories) as their baby division. With my constant creating and their resources, we are going to be one of the leading brands in the baby accessories industry. The baby steps are over and like any toddler, we are running at full force and we are into everything!
